This is an awesome software for gathering and linking data from folks who join your Facebook groups to your CRMs and funnels. The only thing keeping it from a full 5 stars is that when the algorithm shifts, it tends to disconnect often and can go offline for short periods, which sometimes catches me off guard and I end up missing email addresses. Another thing I'd love is if it were available on mobile, 'cause right now it's just on the computer.

This plugin is decent, but it requires quite a bit more effort. Every time I hit approve to send a message, I find myself waiting a few seconds for it to complete. So, getting 20 friends into a group takes forever.

Trying to approve them all at once? Yeah, that doesn't work—the message just doesn't go through.

Also, the message includes links, but they aren't clickable, which is a huge drawback. Not sure if that's something they can fix, maybe by splitting it into two messages—one for the text and another for the links?

I have a workflow set up from my FB group to my mailing list using Zapier, and that runs smoothly, so I'm sticking with this plugin. Just really hoping it speeds up soon...

Oh, and I can't use it on my phone... really looking forward to your app!
